Knuckleheads

Knuckleheads is a fast paced and fun class. This is a great option if you have a child who loves to be active! We introduce the athletes to basic level boxing in a kid friendly and intriguing way.

Juniors

Juniors is a great option for the athletes who are aging out of our knuckleheads program and are too young for our beginners class. Juniors focuses on the technical aspects of boxing and is suitable for the athletes who are passionate about boxing and want to increase their skill level.

Beginners

If you are brand new to the sport of boxing, or you have been gone for awhile- Beginners is a great option for you! We focus on the basic punches and combinations. The athletes do a variety of footwork and cardio drills during this class.

Intermediate

Intermediate is a very technique based class. Athletes work on various footwork drills as well as complex punching combinations. Athletes learn the properties of offensive and defensive movements in the ring.

Fitness

Fitness Programs are are the athletes who would like to focus on the less technical aspects 0f boxing. If you are looking for a full body workout using a variety of exercise equipment then this is the class for you.

Women's Divsion

This program combines technical boxing training with high-energy fitness drills, making it perfect for those who want to learn the sport while getting a great workout. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or just break a sweat—this class has you covered.
